Undergraduate Students


The Undergraduate Application opened on Aug. 1, 2024, for high school rising seniors interested in the 2025-26 academic year. There is no cost to apply via the or . The Admissions Department began reviewing completed 2025-26 applications in September 2024.
 

Ready to Help

Our Admissions Staff will personally guide you and your family through the college search process. We holistically review applications through a rolling admissions process. We encourage you to work with your Admissions Counselor to submit all necessary materials by their required deadlines. Once your application is reviewed, we make every effort to notify you of your admissions decision within two weeks.

Graduate Students

How to Apply

There are two ways to apply for graduate admission:

  1. : Use this link to apply for all graduate programs except for MSAT, DPT, PA, MSOT and OTD, which require an application through the Centralized Application System (CAS).
  2. CAS Applications: To ease the application process for certain healthcare programs, Ã山ǿ¼é participates in the CAS applications. Use the links below to apply to Ã山ǿ¼é through the CAS system.

International Students

Ã山ǿ¼é’s graduate programs are offered in an online and/or hybrid format and cannot accommodate a F-1 student visa at this time. International students looking to enroll in our online programs from their home country will need to have a tertiary (postsecondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year U.S. bachelor's degree. This degree must be from an officially recognized degree-granting institution in the country in which it operates. Students must also submit proof of English proficiency. Please consider that there may be lead times associated with transcript requests. The sooner you start requesting supporting documents, the faster you’ll be able to start taking classes. When applying, please submit the following:
 

All Students

  • Completed online application
  • Proof of a bachelor’s degree and official transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Each program will have its own requirements and documentation necessary for admission. Examples include letters of recommendation, personal statements, minimum GPA standards, a resume or curriculum vitae, licenses, and certifications. Please review the graduate admissions requirements for your program of choice.
     

Veteran Students

  • Legible copy of form DD214 (also known as separation of discharge papers) from military service.

 

Adult Education Students

  • Evidence of high school completion/graduation. Evidence can include high school transcripts, diploma, GED scores or equivalent. This requirement may be waived if an official college transcript is provided validating the completion of 15 credits or more from an accredited school.

 

Veteran Students

Veteran students are required to submit a legible copy of form DD214 (also known as separation of discharge papers) from military service.
 

Undergraduate Transfer Students

This option is for traditional undergraduate students, typically 18-23 years of age, who have completed college-level courses following completion of high school. These students are interested in taking classes during the day in Reading, Pa. The student may also be interested in living on campus. Coursework is split into a traditional fall and spring semester format.

Adult Education and Graduate Transfer Students 

This option is for nontraditional adult students. Often, these students are working professional returning to school after a break. Courses are generally offered at night or online which allows students to balance the demands of school with the other commitments in their life. Coursework is generally completed in a 7-week mod format and available year-round in fall, spring and summer terms.
 

Graduate students are like adult education students but have already earned a bachelor’s degree and will have completed some graduate course work. The location, time, and format for graduate courses will vary by the graduate program of choice.

Adult Education Transfer Students

  • Completed online application via the Ã山ǿ¼é
  • Evidence of high school completion/graduation. Evidence can include high school transcripts, diploma, GED scores or equivalent*.
  • Official transcripts from all previous higher education institutions
  • A 2.0 GPA or higher is required
  • A photocopy of current Pennsylvania registered nurse license (submit after NCLEX is completed, for RN to BSN applicants only)
  • DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility for Veteran Students utilizing military benefits


*This requirement may be waived if an official college transcript is providing validating the completion of 15 credits or more from an accredited school.


Graduate Transfer Students

  • Completed online application via the Ã山ǿ¼é
  • Proof of a bachelor’s degree and official transcripts from all institutions attended
  • Transcript indicating grades received in completed graduate courses and completed course descriptions or syllabus
  • DD214 and Certificate of Eligibility for Veteran Students utilizing military benefits
